We had a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV with satellite channels in our room, and the view of the street was exceptional.

We can't recommend highly enough this apartment to all; everything was perfect. It has clean rooms and MAGNIFICENT location close to the old town as well as the harbour/ activities.

The location of the apartment was excellent, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops. Everything was within walking distance, making it very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable stay.- One of the best aspects was the view from the apartment. We were able to enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area, which added to the overall experience.

The noise at night was a major downside. There was a bar or performance hall nearby, resulting in loud music and groups of people gathering outside.

our recent stay at mavi avlu was exceptional. the apartment had everything we needed and more, including baby-friendly amenities. the central location was perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach just minutes away. the cozy apartment and balcony made our stay even more enjoyable. highly recommend!

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. We were just a few minutes away from the marina and close to all the attractions. There was a vibrant night club next door, which added to the lively atmosphere. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The stove in the room was not working properly, and the lights would sometimes flicker.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a breathtaking sea view from the master bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was even a welcome fruit plate and a basic set of teas and sweets upon arrival. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Kaleici, close to everything. Despite there being a bar with loud rock music under the balcony, the soundproof windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep. I would love to come back one day.
